Aikido in Didsbury Manchester

Aikido is a non-competitive martial art focused on personal development and self-protection that uses relaxation, balance and dynamic movement rather than relying on physical strength.

What is Aikido?

Aikido translates as ‘the way of harmonising with energy’. Aikido does not involve fighting. We learn to use relaxation, balance and movement.
