Welcome to Sankaku Aikido. We are located in the Didsbury area of Manchester. Sankaku Aikido is also near to Withington, Northenden, Fallowfield, Heaton Moor, Heaton Mersey and Stockport.

What is Aikido?

Aikido translates as ‘the way of harmonising with energy’. Aikido does not involve fighting. We learn to use relaxation, balance and movement.

Do you have Aikido classes for beginners?

The nature of Aikido enables beginners to join in straight away. This means there is no need for separate beginner classes. Everybody who trains in Aikido prioritises the safety of their training partner at all times.
